All of the ten projects/services within the HYCA consortium are run by different organisations, but should all offer the same support to Young Carers across the county. This may include:

• After school clubs, activities, and residential trips.
• 1-2-1 support and targeted group activities for Young Carers.
• Direct delivery within school settings – providing information and support to enable schools and professionals to run awareness assemblies, drop-ins, group sessions and 1-1 support independently.
• Activities and support during school holidays – direct provision of group activities and clubs as well as signposting to additional community activities families can access.
• Collaborative working with partner agencies including education providers, Children’s Services, and localised voluntary organisations to ensure access to appropriate support, information, advice and guidance for Young Carers and their families.
